How was your weekend? I saw a wrestling match live. Can you believe that? It was amazing!

Today I want to show you a trend for nails for this Spring/Summer 2014. The use and abuse of primary colors. 

A few years ago I didn't really saw many people using strong yellows, or blues, but now, it's the opposite. But now there is an embrace of the "look at my nails" trend, and everything that has to do with strong colors.

So here are a few examples.

Como foi o vosso fim-de-semana? Vi um espetáculo de wrestling ao vivo. Acreditam nisso? E foi espetacular!

Hoje queria mostrar-vos uma tendência de unhas para a Primavera/Verão 2014. O uso e abuso de cores primárias.

Alguns anos atrás não via muitas pessoas a usar tons fortes como amarelos, e azuis, mas agora, é o oposto. Existe uma tendência de abraçar o "olhem para as minhas unhas", e tudo o que tenha haver com cores fortes.

Aqui estão alguns exemplos.

5 Tips on How Not to Give Up

Hi Party People!

It's Friday! :D Yeah! What are you going to do tonight?

Time and time again, people ask me for advice, mostly about how can I be so positive, and also how I manage to not give up when things are going in the wrong direction. 

So I decided to do this post, because beauty is not only about makeup, but about what is inside you.

So here are my 5 Tips to make you going:

1. Organize your month, your week, your day! Sleeping late, getting lost in funny Youtube videos, going into a relaxation period that was supposed to last one day, and it lasts 5, are all things that sound so good. The problem is when reality hits you and, you discover that the time you spent "relaxing" took you away from your goals. And then that feeling of regret takes over your mind and you go deeper and deeper into a non productive phase. So take a day of your life to write down what are your goals and desires. And then establish daily objectives to work on those goals. Writing makes everything more real, and if you have a deadline to achieve something, your mind will push you to do what you need to do.

2. Learn how to take a No! One of the things that people tell me all the time is that they want to give up on a goal they have, because they can't deal with others saying No to them. This happens because No, isn't just a word, it's a negative feeling. But the truth is "No" has the meaning that you want to give it. People that are successful, manage to take a "No", as just a word. They know that the road doesn't stop there, they just have to adjust their strategy. Don't take the "No" personally, it happens everyday, and to every single one of us. Take the "No" as fuel to motivate you, to be more creative and resourceful. 

3. Rise above the negativity! Party People, let me tell you this is not an easy one, but we can do it! At my age, I analyze my life and I start to filter quicker and better who is good for me, who is going to help me be a better person, and who is going to pollute my mind with negative thoughts. It's really important to surround yourself with family and friends that support your objectives and give you the motivation you need when your feeling down. But, sometimes you can't escape listening to comments that make you feel demotivated. When this happens step away from what is causing that to you. Because if it is, you just shouldn't be around it. Then look yourself in the mirror and start remembering all that you planed and the road you walked so far. And smile! You will feel better!

4. If it was easy then everybody could do it! Your plans might be simple, or complex to achieve. But the road is going to have a few bumps. I can assure you of that! So do a Plan B, C, D,... And if all fails, sit down and rethink your strategy. You could find easier ways to achieve your goals, so be creative and get together with creative people.

5. Relax! You deserve it! Sometimes things are not going the wrong way because you have a bad plan. They are going that way because you are tired, exhausted, and need to relax a little bit. So exercise, go out with your family and friends, eat your favorite dessert and sleep. The next day, you will wake up with a different perspective about things.

So, Party People, don't give up on your dreams! Use every energy you got to be happy!

Review Nivea Skin Conditioner

How was your weekend?!

Today let's talk about a skincare product that I was really excited about. The skin conditioner from Nivea.

We all had the problem of feeling lazy and not want to apply body moisturizer after the shower in the morning.

This product resolves that problem. The skin conditioner is a moisturizer, that you can apply during the shower and wash it of just with water. Super easy and simple!

And it does work, you can feel your skin softer and with a lovely smell. But to those who have really dry skin, this product it's not for you. Because it doesn't moisturize deeply. But for those that have oily and normal body skin, it will be perfect.

The only downsize is that 250ml of product, it's not enough. You do have the tendency to use a lot. 

But, I will still buy it, because it's so easy to use, and the Pampering Honey one smells divine.

The price at Boots is: 2.37 pounds. Very affordable.

Como correu o vosso fim-de-semana?!

Hoje vamos falar de um produto de cuidado de pele pelo qual estava muito entusiasmada. O condicionador de pele da Nivea.

Já todos tivemos o problema de nos sentir-mos preguiçosos e de não querer aplicar hidratante de corpo depois do banho de manhã.

Este produto é para resolver esse problema. O condicionador de pele é um hidratante, que podem aplicar durante o banho e retirar apenas com água. Muito fácil e simples!

E realmente funciona, vão sentir a pele mais macia e com um cheiro maravilhoso. Mas para aqueles que têm a pele muito seca, este produto não é adequado. Porque não hidrata em profundidade. Mas para aqueles que têm pele oleosa e/ou normal, vai ser perfeito.

A única coisa que não gosto é que 250ml de produto não é suficiente. Há tendência para usar imenso produto. 

Mas, mesmo assim vou vomprar, porque é fácil de usar e porque o de Pamparing Honey tem uma fragrância divina.

O preço no Boots é de: 2.37 libras. Muito acessível.

Today, let's talk about Color Wedding Dresses for Brides 2014, by DressV.

The wedding season is just around the corner, so I want to give you some inspiration for your wedding dress and makeup. 

If I ever got married, I would stay away from white wedding dresses. Not that I can't see the beauty in it, because I can, but the truth is I like color. I like glamorous but also edgy. 

You could go simple yet sophisticated, like a detail of black, or dive right in and choose a full Red dress for your big day. I would probably go for the detail. 

But one thing you should have in mind, is how to connect the makeup with the dress. Because, when it's a white dress, you can use all types of makeup, but with color, you have some things that will go better then others.

Hoje, vamos falar de Vestidos de Noiva Coloridos 2014 pela Dress V.

A época de casamentos está já ao virar da esquina, por isso quero-vos dar alguma inspiração para o vestido de noiva e para a maquilhagem.

Se alguma vez casa-se, ficaria longe de vestidos de noiva bancos. Consigo ver a beleza dos mesmos, mas a verdade é que gosto de cor. Gosto de glamoroso mas também edgy.
