Photo Shoot with Solobirch !

Hi Party People!

On Saturday I did a phtoshoot with Solobirch for a carpet company.

It was all about the legs and make them beautiful. I had an easy job because Charley's legs were amazing but I had a challenge, to cover a tattoo.  I used a mixture of the Full Cover and HD Foundation of Make Up for Ever.

It was fantastic working with this team. The production company (Marcin and Lukas) were so organized and helpful. And of course it's always a pleasure working with João Camilo.

Olá Party Pleople

No Sábado tive uma sessão fotográfica com a Solobirch para uma companhia de carpetes.

Tudo tinha a haver com as pernas e em torná-las bonitas. Foi um trabalho fácil porque as pernas da Charley eram maravilhosas, mas tive um desafio. Cobrir uma tatuagem.
Usei o Full Cover e base HD da Make Up For Ever.

Foi fantástico trabalhar com esta equipa. A produção (Marcin and Lukas) foi tão organizada e prestável. E claro é sempre um prazer trabalhar com o João Camilo.

Rigby & Peller Swimwear Launch Party

Hi Party People,

Yesterday I was in the Swimwear Launch Party for Rigby & Peller.

It was soooo fun! =)

First the store was beautiful and the costumer care amazing! Then the food and beverage, were so tasty! I drank a cocktail called Tropical Breeze, and I have to say if I wasn´t "working", I would have drank more then one.

But then, the real fun part started. I did a bra fitting to see my real size. And my I say, boy was I wrong. I thought I was a 34B, after all I am a 30D. Go figure!!

After that a Make Up Artist from Eylure applied fake eyelashes in yours truly. They were so natural! Just the way I like it regularly. Thank you!

And of course, Rigby & Peller, had an amazing collection of swimwear that was colorful but also respects the body in all sizes. But I must say I loved the lingerie, I was so cheerful and refine. 

Thank you Eylure for the opportunity to go to this party!

Ontem estive na festa de lançamento de Swimwear para Rigby & Peller.

Foi tão divertido! =)

Primeiro a loja era linda e o atendimento ao cliente maravilhoso! Depois a comida e bebida eram tão saborosos!

Bebi um cocktail chamado Tropical Breeze, e deixem-me dizer que se não estivesse a "trabalhar", teria bebido mais do que um.

Mas a seguir a isto é que o divertimento começou. Fiz medição de soutien para saber o meu verdadeiro tamanho. E não imaginam o quanto estava enganada. Pensava que era um 34B e afinal sou um 30D. Imaginem.

Depois disso a Maquilhadora da Eylure aplicou pestanas falsas aqui na Ritinha. Eram tão naturais! Mesmo como gosto regularmente. Obrigada!

E claro, Rigby & Peller, tinham uma colecção maravilhosa de fatos de banho que era colorida mas também que respeita o corpo de todos os tamanhos. Mas devo dizer que adorei a lingerie, era tão animada e requintada.

Obrigada Eylure pela oportunidade de ir a esta festa!

I love food! 2 Roasted Potatos With Bacon...

Hi Party People,

Here is my second recipe! For 4 people.

Rubb 8 big potatos with olive oil,  and pock them twice with a knife. Roast at 190 degrees for an hour.

In the mean while, fry 150 gr of bacon. When it's crisp reserve and start frying 3 onions in the bacon fat with olive oil. Add garlic.

Then, when the onios are soft reserve. In the same frying pan, fry half red pepper and 4 tomatos with oregano,salt, english mustard, and vinegar. 

When the vegetables are done mix them, the onions and the bacon all together in a bowl.  Add 200ml of cream to the mix.

When the potatos are done take an horizontal piece with a knife and with a spoon do a big hole in them.  Take the mash potatos and mix them with the previous mix.

With the final mix, put it in the hole done in the potatos. On top put also cheese. And then it goes in the oven for the cheese to melt.

SS 2014 Barcelona Bridal Week

This week I want to talk about wreaths and floral adornments for brides, a trend for this Spring-Summer 2014.

With colourful flowers you can get a romantic or hippie look, like the brides that appeared in the last runaway show of Pronovias, last Friday, at the Barcelona Bridal Week.

In case you prefer a boho-chic look, like a Shakespeare’s princess or a nymph bride, you can use dried flowers like the models of Victorio & Lucchino’s show.

Olá noivinhas!

Esta semana quero falar-vos de coroas e acessórios com flores para noivas, uma das tendências desta Primavera-Verão 2014.

Caso vocês queiram um look romântico ou hippie, podem usar flores coloridas como as noivas do último desfile da Pronovias, que teve lugar na sexta-feira, na Barcelona Bridal Week.

No caso de preferirem um look boho-chic, ou tipo princesa de Shakespeare ou até ninfa grega, podem usar flores secas como as modelos que desfilaram no desfile de Victorio & Lucchino.

Makeup Workshop in London...

Hope you are ok!

So Maria is going to start writing some of her inspirations for weddings in the blog, and I'm always going to do a makeup inspired in her inspirations. =)

When I looked at this pictures I started to see only color because of the lack of it in the Vera Wang dresses! Black and White designs are amazing to let the makeup go wild on color. 

So I went with warm tones, with simple techniques, to suit a bride that want's to stand out with a fresh and fun look.

This makeup was made with very low budget, so if you want me to do a video tutorial to inspire you in your special day, you just have to ask.

A Maria vai começar a escrever alguma das suas inspirações de casamentos para o blog, e vou sempre fazer uma maquilhagem inspirada nas suas inspirações. =)

Quando olhei para estas imagens comecei a ver apenas cor por causa da falta dela nos vestidos da Vera Wang! Designs com preto e branco são maravilhosos para deixar a maquilhagem ir longe com cor.

Por isso usei tons quentes, com técnicas simples, para serem adaptados ao tipo de noiva que se quer destacar com um look divertido e fresco.

Esta maquilhagem foi feita com low budget, por isso se quiserem que faça um video tutorial para vos inspirar no vosso dia especial, só têm de pedir.
