Rigby & Peller Swimwear Launch Party

Hi Party People,

Yesterday I was in the Swimwear Launch Party for Rigby & Peller.

It was soooo fun! =)

First the store was beautiful and the costumer care amazing! Then the food and beverage, were so tasty! I drank a cocktail called Tropical Breeze, and I have to say if I wasn´t "working", I would have drank more then one.

But then, the real fun part started. I did a bra fitting to see my real size. And my I say, boy was I wrong. I thought I was a 34B, after all I am a 30D. Go figure!!

After that a Make Up Artist from Eylure applied fake eyelashes in yours truly. They were so natural! Just the way I like it regularly. Thank you!

And of course, Rigby & Peller, had an amazing collection of swimwear that was colorful but also respects the body in all sizes. But I must say I loved the lingerie, I was so cheerful and refine. 

Thank you Eylure for the opportunity to go to this party!

Ontem estive na festa de lançamento de Swimwear para Rigby & Peller.

Foi tão divertido! =)

Primeiro a loja era linda e o atendimento ao cliente maravilhoso! Depois a comida e bebida eram tão saborosos!

Bebi um cocktail chamado Tropical Breeze, e deixem-me dizer que se não estivesse a "trabalhar", teria bebido mais do que um.

Mas a seguir a isto é que o divertimento começou. Fiz medição de soutien para saber o meu verdadeiro tamanho. E não imaginam o quanto estava enganada. Pensava que era um 34B e afinal sou um 30D. Imaginem.

Depois disso a Maquilhadora da Eylure aplicou pestanas falsas aqui na Ritinha. Eram tão naturais! Mesmo como gosto regularmente. Obrigada!

E claro, Rigby & Peller, tinham uma colecção maravilhosa de fatos de banho que era colorida mas também que respeita o corpo de todos os tamanhos. Mas devo dizer que adorei a lingerie, era tão animada e requintada.

Obrigada Eylure pela oportunidade de ir a esta festa!

Makeup Workshop in London...

So Maria is going to start writing some of her inspirations for weddings in the blog, and I'm always going to do a makeup inspired in her inspirations. =)

When I looked at this pictures I started to see only color because of the lack of it in the Vera Wang dresses! Black and White designs are amazing to let the makeup go wild on color. 

So I went with warm tones, with simple techniques, to suit a bride that want's to stand out with a fresh and fun look.

This makeup was made with very low budget, so if you want me to do a video tutorial to inspire you in your special day, you just have to ask.

A Maria vai começar a escrever alguma das suas inspirações de casamentos para o blog, e vou sempre fazer uma maquilhagem inspirada nas suas inspirações. =)

Quando olhei para estas imagens comecei a ver apenas cor por causa da falta dela nos vestidos da Vera Wang! Designs com preto e branco são maravilhosos para deixar a maquilhagem ir longe com cor.

Por isso usei tons quentes, com técnicas simples, para serem adaptados ao tipo de noiva que se quer destacar com um look divertido e fresco.

Esta maquilhagem foi feita com low budget, por isso se quiserem que faça um video tutorial para vos inspirar no vosso dia especial, só têm de pedir.

Hi Party People!

One of the things that I love to do is to cook! So, I'm going to start putting some recipes of my litle dishes =)

Hope you like it! =)

Pasta with bacon tomato sauce and cheese

Boil pasta during 10min, with salt and olive oil.

Fry slices of bacon with a litle bit of olive oil until they are crisp.

For the sauce slice an onion and garlic and braise in olive oil. When the onion starts to look translucent, join a can of tomatos, and let it boil. Add a dessert spoon of english mustard, cayenne pepper, slat, pepper, parsley, oregano, and half a lemon juice.

Let it boil.

Then on a tray put the pasta, the bacon, the sauce, and on top two slices of cheese. All in layers.

Put it on the oven so the cheese can melt.

Accompany with a salad with baby spinach and onions.

Uma das coisas que adoro fazer é cozinhar! Por isso, vou começar a colocar algumas receitas dos meus pequenos pratos =)

Massa com bacon molho de tomate e queijo

Ferver a massa durante 10min com sal e azeite.

Fritar fatias de bacon com um pouco de azeite até ficarem quebradiças.

Para o molho cortar uma cebola e alho e refogar com azeite. Quando a cebola começar a ficar transparente, juntar uma lata de tomates e deixar ferver. Adicionar uma colher de sobremesa de mustarda inglesa, pimenta cayenne, sal, pimenta, salsa, orégãos e metade de um limão ( o sumo).

Deixar ferver.

Num tabuleiro colocar a massa, o bacon, o molho, e em cima duas fatias de queijo. Tudo em camadas.

Coloca-lo no forno para que o queijo possa derreter.

Acompanhar com salada de espinafre bébé e cebolas.

Lip4 by Sleek First Impression

This week Sleek Makeup sent me a present, the new Lip4! A lipstick palette with 4 colors that is going to make your life easier and more versatile. 

With 3 finishes matte, gloss and satin.

The palettes that I received were Show Girl and Siren. Today I tried one of the lipsticks from the Siren palette and I liked the texture of it. It was very soft and it slide well on the lip of the model.

I'm going to test more the other colors, but for now I like it!

There are 6 palettes, the two that I've told you before plus Ballet, Havana, Tease and Mardi Gras (limited edition palette).

The price is 8.99pounds for the each palette and the launch date is the 8 of May.

Esta semana a Sleek Makeup enviou-me um presente, as novas Lip4! Uma palette de batons com 4 cores que vai fazer com que a vossa vida seja mais fácil e versátil.

Com 3 texturas matte, gloss e acetinado.

As palettes que recebi foram Show Girl e a Siren. Hoje experimentei um dos batons da palette Siren e gostei da textura. Era muito suave e e deslizou bem nos lábios da modelo.

Vou testar mais as outras cores, mas para agora estou a gostar!

This is one of my old favorites! A true pink, very moisturizing, smells like heaven and it's YSL. What more can a girl ask?!

Este é um dos meus antigos favoritos! Um rosa verdadeiro, muito hidratante, cheira divinalmente e é YSL. O que pode mais uma miúda pedir?!

A deep red matte with a blue undertone, perfect for a more dramatic look. When I feel confident I go out with this baby here.

One of my latest acquisitions (a present from Amy! Thank you :) ) , a bright rose with sparkle. Pure luxury... And of course it's Dior =)
