My Fav Body Butters from The Body Shop

Today I'm going to show the body butters that I like the most by The Body Shop. I tried other brands but in terms of quality, the TBS wins with a big advantage Yes, I'm a body butter girl. And you?!

My Healthy Lifestyle- Food

Hi Party People,

Some of you might know that more then a month ago I started bodybuilding and eating healthy. So this post is to show some of the meals that I have been doing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

My objective is not to lose weight but to eat more protein and to reduce massively my junk food consumption. In London junk food is everywhere and it's very cheap. So the temptation is great. But I've been managing to stay away from it, with some effort.

With this diet I lost 5kilos in a month. Went from 63kilos to 58kilos. And eating way more then before the diet. So party people, this is proof that eating clean even when you eat more then before is the solution. Top it up with exercise and your body will change.

If you want me to post some of the recipes just tell me.

Alguns de vocês devem saber que à mais de um mês atrás comecei a fazer bodybuilding e a comer de forma saudável. Por isso este post é para mostrar algumas das refeições que tenho andado a fazer. Pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar.

O meu objectivo não é perder peso mas sim comer mais proteína e reduzir de forma radical o meu consumo de "comida de plástico". Em Londres "comida de plástico" está por todo o lado e é muito barata. Por isso a tentação à grande. Mas tenho conseguido afastar-me dessas porcarias, com algum esforço.

Com esta dieta perdi 5kilos num mês. Fui de 63kilos para 58kilos. E como muito mais do que comia antes da dieta. Por isso party people, esta é a prova que comer saudável mesmo quando se come mais do que antes é a solução. Em conjunto com exercício garanto que o vosso corpo começa a mudar.

Review Age Perfect Cleansing Milk by L'Óreal

Hope you are having a beautiful day full of light and color! =)

Today I bring you a review of a product that I like very much, the Cleansing Milk Age Perfect by L'Óreal. 

I finished it today and I can't wait to by another one. 

This product is for very dry skin or mature skin, because it has a very rich texture. With magnesium and vitamin C, it really smoothes the skin and it feels very moisturized and fresh. 

You should use it in the morning and at night, specially if your skin is going thru a very dry phase. If you just want to prevent the natural aging of the skin you can use it just at night.  

This cleansing milk is not specific to remove makeup, but in my case, it does the job very well. 

The price 3.79pounds at Boots for 200ml. It's a bargain! 

So, got to run to get another bottle! =)

Hoje trago uma review de um produto que gosto muito, o Leite de Limpeza Age Perfect da L'Óreal.

Terminei-o hoje e mal posso esperar para comprar outro.

Este produto é para pele muito seca ou matura, devido à sua textura tão rica. Com magnésio e vitamina c, a pele fica muito suave, hidratada e fresca.

Devem usar de manhã e à noite, especialmente se a vossa pele está a passar por uma fase muito seca. Se apenas quiserem prevenir o envelhecimento natural da pele podem usar apenas à noite. 

Este leite de limpeza não é específico para retirar maquilhagem, mas no meu caso, faz essa tarefa da melhor forma.

O preço são 3.79libras no Boots por 200ml. Uma pechincha!  (Deve haver também nos grandes espaços comerciais em Portugal e também a preços acessíveis).

Por isso, tenho de ir para comprar outra garrafa! =)
