Makeup and Outfit for the First Day of 2013!

Hi Party People,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 

Today is the first day of the year 2013, and it all smells like new beginnings! I love that feeling! Don´t you?!

I spent my New Year´s Eve near the London Eye, and saw the fireworks as close as I could. It was beautiful, but nothing can beat the portuguese fireworks in São João in my city Porto... It's true guys! If you haven't seen it, you should really check it out...

After midnight I started hearing the portuguese National Anthem! It was so beautiful... A group of portuguese people were next to me and of course, I sang with them. It was really emotional! 

We walked and walked and walked and went to the Waterloo Bridge to see the Big Ben, the London Eye, and all those London wonders.

I have only one picture and it's not that good, just because I was concentrated on the moment and not on the camera.

Today, I did a really soft makeup, just to let my skin rest from yesterday's heavy makeup. I used the BB Cream from Sleek, the concealer from Beauty UK and the Eyebrow Kit from The Body Shop. Also, on the eyes and cheeks a duo blusher with pink and a light illuminating soft color by Pupa, the volume mascara by TBS and at last a lipstick by Beauty UK.

The nail varnishes that I wore yesterday are today in the pictures: it was the Gold Coin by Revlon and one from Urban Decay that I can´t find it now, so I don't remember the name.

My outfit, is a coat by Berska, a black top (it was a gift so I don't know the brand), a orange skirt by HM, black tights by Primark and brown boots (it was a gift by my mother and I love those :D, and I don't know the brand). 

One of my 2013 resolutions is to invest more in my clothes and outfits.

FELIZ ANO NOVO!!!

Hoje é o primeiro dia do ano de 2013, e tudo cheira a novos começos! Adoro essa sensação! E vocês?!

Passei a minha noite de Ano Novo perto do London Eye, e vi o fogo de artifício o mais próximo que consegui. Foi lindo, mas nada consegue bater o fogo de artifício português no São João no Porto... É verdade! Se ainda não viram devem mesmo tentar ver...

Depois da meia noite, comecei a ouvir o Hino Nacional Português! Foi tão lindo... Um grupo de portugueses estava perto de mim, e claro que cantei com eles, foi muito emocionante!

Andamos, e andamos e andamos e fomos a Waterloo Bridge ver o Big Ben, o London Eye e todas aquelas maravilhas londrinas.

Tenho apenas uma foto da noite que não está grande coisa, porque estava concentrada no momento e não na câmara.

Hoje fiz uma maquilhagem muito soft, para deixar a minha pele descansar da maquilhagem pesada de ontem. Usei o BB Cream da Sleek, o corretor da Beauty UK  o Kit de Sobrancelhas da TBS. Nos olhos e maças do rosto usei um blush duo com rosa e uma cor clara iluminadora da Pupa, a mascara de volume da TBS e por fim um baton da Beauty UK.

Os vernizes que usei ontem e estão hoje nas fotos foram o Gold Coin da Revlon e um verniz da Urban Decay que não consigo encontrar agora, por isso não me lembro do nome.

O meu outfit, é um casaco da Berska, um top preto (não sei a marca porque foi uma prenda), uma saia laranja da HM, collants pretos da Primark e botas castanhas (foi uma prenda da minha mãe e adoro-as :D, e não sei a marca).

Uma das minhas resoluções para 2013 é investir mais nas minhas roupas e outfits.

Last look for the New Year : Makeup and Outfit!

First, Happy New Year to all!! Hope that 2013 is amazing and fantastic!

Thank you to all the people in my life, you gave me so much joy that you can't imagine!

In this post I wanted to show another makeup look inspiration for the New Year's Eve, and the outfit that I'm going to wear today!

I still don't know the acessories I'm going to wear. It's going to be a last minute thing! The portuguese in me... ahahah!

Neste post quero mostrar outro look de inspiração para a Véspera de Ano Novo, e o outfit que vou usar hoje!

Ainda não sei os acessórios que vou usar. Vai ser uma escolha em cima da hora! O português em mim... ahahah!

New Year's Makeup Inspiration and more...

The big night is almost here... Are you excited?! I am! I'm all about the makeup, the hair and even the outfit... Maybe because it's the first time I'm going to have a New Year's Eve in a new country and because of that everything ends up to be different... Or maybe because I can't wait to get to 2013! I'm a sucker for new beginnings...

Well, let's talk about beauty! This is my first proposal for a makeup for the New Year. I've been all day thinking about the second one, but it's not in my head yet... I want something with warm tones, but I do those so much that my creativity is not flowing. But at least tomorrow I will have the second idea. Let's hope!

First the makeup, of course! I wanted to work with cold tones in my eyes and warm skin. Also nude lips, because it's much more pratical to retouch during the night. 

In the skin I used the Photo Ready primer by Revlon, wich is very good on oily skin and photo shoots but for me it dryes to much my skin. For the pores of course the Porefessional by Benefit! Amazing product! For foundation I used my favourite for big nights HD Foundation by Make Up For Ever. To give a bronze feeling to the skin, I used on the high points of the face the Facial Gel Honey Bronze by The Body Shop. To highlight the Glow Enhancer by The Body Shop was my best friend! My concealer, as always Lift Concealer by Make Up For Ever. The powder was a loose one by YSL. 

To give a soft highlight to the face and some fairness, I used the Touche Eclat by YSL. 

On the eyes, to highlight the upper eyelid and inner corner I used a pearl warm tone eyeshadow by Beauty Uk. On the eyelid, I used a misture of three eyeshadows: a mate soft blue by Beauty UK, a navy blue with glitter by YSL, and on top a silver with glitter by YSL. On the outer corner of the eye I used a black grey tone by YSL. To do the eyeliner I used the liquid eyeliner by Revlon  and also the mascara Grow Luscious by the same brand. The eyelashes are Sphynx by Sleek! Love those! On the waterline and bottom eyelashes  used a green silver pencil by Revlon.

On the cheeks, I went with a misture of two blush colors. For a base I used a pink blush with satin finish and then on top just a tinny bit of a copper blush. Just to continue with a warm face tone. To create depth and highlight I used of course the Face Form. Blushes and Face Form by Sleek. 

Finally on the lips, a mate nude lipstick by Kiko and a pink with cold glitter lip gloss by The Body Shop.

A grande noite está quase a chegar... Estão entusiasmados?! Eu estou! Estou super ligada à maquilhagem, ao cabelo, e até ao outfit... Talvez porque é a minha primeira Véspera de Ano Novo que passo num novo país e por causa disso tudo tem de ser diferente... Ou talvez porque mal posso esperar por 2013! Adoro novos começos...

Bem, vamos falar de beleza! Esta é a minha primeira proposta para a maquilhagem the Ano Novo. Estive o dia todo a pensar na segunda, mas ainda não está na minha cabeça... Quero algo com tons quentes, mas faço isso tantas vezes que a minha criatividade não está a fluir. Mas pelo menos amanhã terei a segunda ideia. Vamos esperar!

Na pele usei o primer Photo Ready da Revlon  que é muito bom para pele oleosa e sessões fotográficas mas para mim seca-me muito a pele. Para os poros claro que usei o Porefessional da Benefit! Produto maravilhoso! Para base tinha de usar a minha favorita para grandes noites a HD da Make Up For Ever. Para dar um aspecto bronzeado à minha pele, apliquei nos pontos altos do meu rosto o Gel Facial da Honey Bronze da The Body Shop. Para dar pontos de luz à face o Glow Enhancer da The Body Shop foi o meu melhor amigo! O meu corretor, foi como sempre o Lift Concealer da Make Up For Ever. O pó solto da YSL. E para dar pontos de luz suaves e alguma frescura o Touch Eclat da YSL.

Nos olhos, para iluminar a pálpebra fixa e o canto interno usei uma sombra pérola quente da Beauty UK. Na pálpebra móvel, misturei 3 sombras: uma azul suave mate da Beauty Uk, um azul marinho com glitter da YSL, e por cima uma prata com glitter da YSL. O canto externo do olhos usei uma sombra preta acinzentada da YSL. Para fazer o eyeliner usei o líquido da Revlon e a mascara Grow Luscious da mesma marca. As pestanas falsas são as Sphynx da Sleek! Adoro-as! na linha de água e linha de pestanas inferiores, coloquei um lápis verde prata da Revlon.

Nas maças do rosto, usei uma mistura de dois blushes. De base usei um blush rosa acetinado e por cima um pouco apenas de um cobre. Apenas para continuar com uma face de tom quente. Para criar profundidade e pontos de luz coloquei o Face Form. Os blushes e Face Form são da Sleek.

Finalmente nos lábios, um baton nude mate da Kiko e um gloss rosa com brilhos de tons frios da The Body Shop.

Maquilhagem de Ano Novo - New Year´s Eve Make Up
